DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS

Products will be sent to the address provided during the purchase process. For security reasons, Oscar FH Baez will not send orders to post office boxes or accept orders in cases where the identity of the recipient of the order or the address of the natural person cannot be verified.

After sending the Shipping Confirmation to the Client, all purchases will be delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding local or national holidays, by the courier service chosen by Oscar FH Baez according to availability, unless otherwise indicated for countries specific. Deliveries on Saturdays may be available if offered by the courier service. Saturday delivery conditions will be indicated at the time of the offer.

The Products will be delivered between seven and fifteen business days from the Confirmation of shipment for standard delivery, depending on the delivery address and the country of the Client, as well as the delivery method chosen by the Client at the time of purchase. Oscar FH Baez is not responsible for delays, unforeseen events and / or delays attributable exclusively to the courier service. It commits itself to do everything possible to reduce delays as much as possible considering that these transactions generally do not require more than 24 hours.

 

If the Customer does not receive the Products within 15-20 (fifteen to twenty) business days after receipt of the Shipment Confirmation, he must contact Oskar Child. BRAZIL EXPRESS

We offer an express delivery service for customers based in Brazil, the rate is adjusted according to the mail. You will receive your order within 7-15 days. You will receive a tracking link by email.

TAXES AND DUTIES

The Oskar Child website is divided into three regions: Brazil, Argentina and the rest of the world. Since taxes and fees are calculated based on your shipping address, be sure to select the country to which you want your order delivered. And remember that each country will be subject to taxes and corresponding tariffs.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR PURCHASE

Before making a return, communicate your intention to receive a refund or exchange. We request that all products be returned within 30 days of the date of receipt of your order.

 

RETURNS

When your return is received, it will be thoroughly inspected in accordance with our Return Policy. Once accepted, you will receive an email confirmation of your return and / or refund. International tariffs and taxes are not refunded. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account depending on your card problem.

EXCHANGES

The change will only be made for an article of a more appropriate size, however, all changes are subject to stock availability and compliance with our return policy. To change your item, follow the steps below to make sure you request a more appropriate size. Once the original item is received, processed in accordance with our Return Policy, the exchange order is sent. As we cannot exchange any item for an alternative color or style, we suggest that you return your purchase for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item. IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Oscar FH Baez is committed to repairing any problem that arises from manufacturing deficiencies that may arise from the regular use of lifetime warranty products, without a set time limit. In the event that the product purchased is inappropriate, Oscar FH Baez will repair or, when not possible, replace the product covered by the same or equivalent, at its sole discretion, and the availability of the reference and raw material of the original product.

¿WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY? 

Accidents of any kind, problems arising from user misuse, such as stains caused by dirt or chemicals, or any product that may damage, scratch, sharp objects or feathers, cuts, tears, burns or damage are excluded from the warranty. Water and constant moisture damage, constant friction against other surfaces and poor conservation. Dirt, stains and natural wear of materials, such as changes in color and texture with prolonged use, are not guaranteed. Modifications, disassembly or repairs not authorized by Oscar FH Baez are subject to invalidation. Our skins are designed to maintain the natural appearance of the skin and improve its softness and resistance. The charm of each leather product is revealed when its softness, color and natural appearance manifest as time passes. Because it is a natural material of animal origin, all leather will have slight variations in texture and color. Similarly, it tends to soften with use, which can change the structure of the product over time. These changes are material characteristics and are not considered defective. For reasons of hygiene and preservation of the health of its employees, Oscar FH Baez reserves the right not to handle products that are outside an acceptable standard of cleanliness and conservation, which can be considered misuse and void the warranty.

FREIGHT COST

During the first 6 months after purchase, Oscar FH Baez also pays round-trip transportation costs for product repair. In this case, it is important that you have the invoice that shows the date you purchased the product. While repairs of the products under warranty will always be free, the first 6 months, if you do not have the invoice, the cost of returning the product to the factory is your responsibility. RETURN CONDITION

All Oscar FH Baez items must be returned unmarked, unused, with the original packaging, including authenticity bags and cards. The branded shoe box is considered part of the product and must be returned in a protective shipping box. Due to the delicate nature of our soles, shoes should be tested on a clean, dry and protected surface (for example, a carpeted surface) and away from any moisture. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box, with marked soles or missing components, such as the bag (s), may not be accepted and will be sent back to the delivery address used in the original order Any item that has been altered or repaired by an external repair service will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

RETURN METHOD
