Our products are the result of extensive research, which results in fine details synonymous with high quality luxury. Slight variations in skins and exotic skins are completely normal for the type of natural skins used by Oscar FH Baez. All types of leather and other delicate materials (including metal accessories) can suffer moisture. Moisture, salt and atmospheric agents in general can cause permanent and irreversible wear. Therefore, be careful to avoid rain and direct contact with heat, oil, grease (makeup), alcohol (perfume solvents) and other abrasive products, since Oscar FH Baez cannot take responsibility for the eventual deterioration, modification and mishandling of our products. Avoid contact with any material that can transfer your color pigments to our products. All materials are obtained for their exceptional quality and thoroughly tested before sale. Always store your product in the bag provided when it is not in use. REPAIRS AND AFTERSALES

Oscar FH Baez guarantees its products for life from the date of purchase. The warranty covers only items that have a manufacturing failure, and does not cover damages arising from the transfer of dye, accident or misuse, or any alteration, service or repair performed by any party other than Oscar FH Baez. Oscar FH Baez offers an excellent aftercare service and will help with all repairs whenever possible. Please note that some styles may be irreparable depending on the materials used and the age of the product, and that repairs may be paid.

 

LEATHERS

As a natural material, even the most luxurious skins can age over time and use and must be treated to maintain their optimal condition. Naturally tanned leathers such as Vacchetta can with the use and exposure to light alter the color. This is not a fault and it looks like the natural aging of this beautiful material. Due to the nature of patent leather and the finish used, it is possible for the dye to transfer to the leather and cause irreversible damage. Always store your product in your bag and avoid contact with darker colored materials.
