How do I place an order on oscarfhbaez.com?

To place an order, simply follow these steps:

1. Explore our product categories and see more details on each product page.

2. Select your correct size, accessing our measurement guide, select the color and add the chosen item to your shopping bag by clicking on the "BUY" button.

3. Review the items you have selected by clicking on your shopping bag shown as "BAG" at the top of any page. To remove an item from your shopping bag, click on "DELETE" next to the item.

4. Finish your purchase by clicking "PAY" and following the instructions to provide your shipping address and payment information.

Can I return a product?

You can return any product purchased at oscarfhbaez.com and receive a refund. You must send the product you wish to return within 30 days from the date of delivery. Products cannot be returned after 30 days from the date of delivery. You can check our return requirements by going to the Returns and exchanges section.

 

If I save an item on my wish list, will it be reserved for me?

The wish list makes no reservation. Your selected wish list item will remain there until you delete it. If an item on your wish list is no longer available, "Sold out" will be displayed. To make sure you get the size and the product you want, you must make a purchase.

 

Do I need to create an Oscar FH Baez online account to place an order?

You can place an order without registering. When you leave, simply choose to make your purchase as a "guest." Registering at the Oscar FH Baez online store has advantages, so we recommend that you take a minute to register. For future purchases, you can pay without having to re-enter your payment information and address; You can save items on your wish list, track your orders directly from "my account", review your order history and make changes or organize your personal data.

How will I know when I have received my order?

After you have placed your order online at Oscar FH Baez, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. If you do not receive confirmation that your order has been received within 24 hours of making your purchase, contact Customer Service at hello@oscarfhbaez.com Immediately after placing your order, our security teams and payment operations will confirm the payment authorization and the availability of the product you purchased. Can I change the delivery address once my order has been placed?

At Oscar FH Baez we do our best to ensure that orders placed in our online store are processed as soon as possible. Therefore, as soon as an order is placed and authorized, the order information is sent to our compliance department for processing. Once the order information is sent for processing, changes are no longer possible.

Can I change my order once my order has been placed?

Can I add an item to an existing order?

How do I change my account details?

You can change your account details in "My Account" in the Oscar FH Baez online store. Simply log in to your account with your email address and password. Click on 'Account details' and update. Remember to "save" your changes.

 

I forgot my password, what should I do?

If you have forgotten or lost your password, you must create a new one. To create a new password, click on Login at the top of each page and click on the link that says Forgot your password? You will be asked to enter the email address linked to your account. We will send you an email with a link to a page page where you can create a new password. In case you no longer have access to the email address used for your Oscar FH Baez account, contact our customer service for help.

 

Do I have to pay duties or taxes on my order?

If the order is outside of BR, you must pay the fees corresponding to your country of origin.

 

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order at any time by logging in to Track your order.

 

Can I change a product?

You can change the size, without changing the model and color. You cannot exchange items with others that are different from the originally purchased item. You can request a size change by going to the Returns and exchanges section.

 

Refund Confirmation

When the inspection confirms that your returned product is approved for a refund or exchange, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of the refund made to the payment method you used to place your order.

 

I am buying an item as a gift. Can the recipient return it?

If you buy an item on the Oscar FH Baez website with the intention of giving it away, please note that we can only receive returns if they are made within 30 days after the original delivery and in accordance with our return policy. Once the 30-day period has elapsed, it will not be possible to arrange a return for the order. If the recipient wishes to return the order within 30 days after the original delivery date, you can contact us directly with the buyer's name at hello@oscarfhbaez.com Please note that we only accept returns if the products are in original condition and in accordance with our return policy. Refunds will be made to the original payment card.

I decided to keep my order but I have already sent the return form. That I have to do?

We understand that you can change your mind about your order. If you decide to keep your order after booking a return, send an email to hello@oscarfhbaez.com Don't forget to include your order number.

 

How do I track my return?

As soon as we receive your return, you will receive an email notification. You can also track the progress of the delivery using the tracking number of the postal company. Please note that returns may take approximately 15 business days to be returned.

 

When will I receive my refund?

All returns are subject to evaluation by us and are subject to our return policy. Once our team accepts your return, you will receive a confirmation email. I can't find a return label on my package, what should I do?

Are your products guaranteed?

We guarantee the workmanship of our merchandise for life. If you experience a manufacturing failure with your product, we will repair or, at our discretion, replace the merchandise at no cost to you. We do not consider the damage caused by normal wear to be a failure. Likewise, damage caused by the use of the merchandise for purposes other than its intended use is also not considered a manufacturer's defect.
